Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges: Delivery within India Ashianainvogue.com provides free delivery on total order value of more than INR 1000.00, Otherwise INR 50.00 is charged as delivery charges. There will be an additional charge of Rs. 50.00 for all orders irrespective of order value for customers who select to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD). Shipping Charges: Delivery outside India Ashianainvogue.com provides free delivery on total order value of more than INR 5000.00, Otherwise INR 500.00 is charged as delivery charges for all shipping outside India. For Delivery outside India, Cash on Delivery mode of payment option is not available. Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the customer. Shipping Policy For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered International Courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post Office Norms Ashiana is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Ashiana is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. However, if there is any damage to the box or the seal is open kindly call our customer care number immediately along with images. Tracking of Order Online order tracking is available using the AWB number of your parcel. The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our centre.

Exchange Policy

Cancellations You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91 8095155525. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order. EXCHANGE 1. Please note we provide 7-day exchange for orders placed online on AshianainVogue.com and shipped within India. If 7 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. (Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us) 2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange. 3. Customers can also exchange products by visiting our store within 7 days. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them. 4. If you receive a product that is damaged we request you to send us images of the product along with the packaging in the condition you received it through email, while lodging the complaint with us. REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE: 1. Genuine quality issues. 2. Packages lost in transit. 3. In case Ashiana discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: 1. Incorrect or out-dated delivery address. 2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address. 3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies 4. Package refused by recipient. 5. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. 6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition or the certificate isn’t present in the returned package. 7. For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund for the same through an online bank transfer only within 7 working days from the confirmation date of returned item. No cash refunds are made.
